Use this tool. It is free and easy to implement the pins switching.

How?

Download and install the Firebase and EspGpio .zip libraries available on: https://github.com/SanUSB/EspGpio
To install the library, follow the steps: Arduino IDE -> Sketch -> Include Library -> Add .zip Libraries.
Unzip the .zip folder and open the example CloudGpioStart.ino. Write the name of your profile and WiFi network in the sketch.
Update the sketch using the USB port. So it is now possible to ESP pins switching over the internet.
